Privacy Policy

RevTrack ("we", "us") operates the SaaS application available at revtrack.in and its subdomains. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), organization name, GSTIN if you provide it.
• Business data: invoices, contacts, products, expenses, payments, and other operational records you create in the app. This belongs to you — we process it only to provide the service.
• Payment data: billing email and payment status. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we never store them on our servers.
• Usage data: server logs, IP address, and basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to detect abuse and improve the product.

How we use it

• To operate, secure, and improve the service.
• To send transactional emails (sign-in, receipts, security notices).
• To send occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe any time).
• To comply with legal obligations (tax records, lawful requests).

Who we share it with

We share data only with sub-processors strictly necessary to run the service — currently our cloud hosting provider, Razorpay (payments), and a transactional email provider. We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data to train AI models.

Where it lives

Data is stored on servers located in India. Backups are encrypted at rest.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from the dashboard, or by emailing hello@revtrack.in. On account deletion, business data is purged within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain it.
