Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If RevTrack isn't the right fit, we'll refund you — no questions asked.

7-day refund window

All plans — Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime — are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, email hello@revtrack.in from the email you used to sign up. We process refunds within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

After the 7-day window

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time from the dashboard — cancellation stops the next renewal but keeps access through the period you've already paid for. Annual and Lifetime plans are non-refundable after the 7-day window, except where required by law.

Exceptions

We may decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, terms-of-service violations). We will explain our reasoning in writing.
