Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RevTrack, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Don't use RevTrack to break the law, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or generate fraudulent invoices. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Plans & billing

Plans are billed in advance — monthly, annually, or as a one-time lifetime payment. Lifetime plans grant access for as long as RevTrack continues to operate as a service; we do not guarantee perpetual operation. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Your data

You own the data you put into RevTrack. We process it on your behalf under our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages can occur. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from downtime.

Compliance

RevTrack helps you produce GST-compliant documents but is not a substitute for advice from a Chartered Accountant or tax professional. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for your statutory filings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
